Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, enjoying the wonderful spa services and modern amenities in my room. The staff made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service, which really enhanced my stay. However, there was a concerning issue with one of the rooms that seriously affected one guest's experience, and the management could have handled the situation better. Overall, I found great value for money considering the amenities offered and the prime location.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite spacious and there was an attempt to offer comfort, but certain aspects like cleanliness and noise levels really detracted from the experience. While the staff was generally responsive and willing to assist, the overall tranquility of the hotel was compromised by thin walls and other disturbances. The value was questionable based on the amenities provided, but the proximity to key locations was a plus.
I was really looking forward to my stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. While the cleanliness in some areas was good, the overall state of my room was far from ideal, with cobwebs and dirt making it less inviting. The location was definitely a plus, as it was close to the beach, but the service I received when trying to address my concerns left much to be desired, making me feel frustrated about my experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by shops and cafes. The room was clean and provided a comfortable bed for a restful night. However, I did notice some maintenance issues that could use attention, such as water damage and cracked furniture. Overall, it offered good value for money, yet improvements are necessary for a truly enjoyable experience.
I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with everything in Brighton close by, and the room was modern and spacious. However, the service left much to be desired, especially with cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast experience was also a letdown, which is a shame given the promise of being part of a spa hotel.
